PlanDo does not collect, store, or transmit any of your personal data to our servers.

Your data remains completely private and is stored only on your device and optionally in your personal iCloud account:

• Local Storage: All your tasks, projects, and notes are stored locally on your device using SwiftData
• iCloud Sync (Optional): If you enable iCloud sync, your data is stored in your personal iCloud account, not on our servers
• No Analytics: We do not collect any usage statistics, analytics, or tracking data

2. How We Use Your Information

Since we do not collect any of your data, there is no data for us to use. Your information is used only by:

• Your Device: To display and manage your tasks and projects
• Your iCloud Account: To sync your data across your own devices (if enabled)
• Apple: Only for processing subscription payments through the App Store

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using:

• Local Storage: SwiftData on your device with iOS security
• Cloud Storage: Your personal iCloud account (optional, controlled by you)
• No Server Storage: We do not have access to any of your data
• Encryption: All data is encrypted using iOS and iCloud security standards

4. Data Sharing

We do not share any of your data because we do not collect it. Your data is shared only:

• With Yourself: Across your own devices via iCloud (if enabled)
• With Apple: Only for App Store subscription processing
• Never with Third Parties: We have no access to your data to share it

5. Your Rights

Since your data is stored locally and in your iCloud account, you have complete control:

• Your data is already accessible to you on your device
• You can delete your data by deleting the app or clearing app data
• You can disable iCloud sync at any time
• You can cancel your subscription through App Store settings

6. Children's Privacy

PlanDo is not intended for children under 13. Since we do not collect any data, we cannot collect personal information from children under 13.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page.

8. Data Retention

Your data is retained as long as you keep it on your device or in your iCloud account. We do not retain any data since we do not collect it.
