1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using PlanDo ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

PlanDo is a task management and productivity application that helps users organize tasks, projects, and workflows using proven productivity methodologies.

3. Subscription Terms

PlanDo Pro Annual Subscription:

Title: PlanDo Pro Annual
Duration: 1 Year (365 days)
Price: $4.99 USD per year
Free Trial: 10 days free trial
Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Cancellation: You can cancel anytime in your Apple ID settings

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Use the App only for lawful purposes
Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App
Not use the App to store illegal or harmful content
Maintain the security of your account

5. Data and Privacy

Your data is stored locally on your device and optionally synced via iCloud. We do not access your personal data. Please review our Privacy Policy for detailed information about data handling.

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its content are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your data, but grant us a license to process it for app functionality.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any data loss or service interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any changes.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Turkey.
